Cal Lutheran Masters Swimming
Open to adults with all levels of swim experience, Cal Lutheran Masters Swimming will operate as the exclusive adult swim training group to utilize and practice in the Olympic size Samuelson Aquatic Center on the campus of California Lutheran University. If you are interested in training for a swim meet, open water competition, triathlon, technique improvement, or simply swimming for health and fitness, this is the perfect program for you. Practices will be given by USMS certified coaches who will offer challenging and interesting workouts designed around technical improvement in a fun social environment.
